Contract Type: Full-time, 12-month temporary role with the intention to transition to a permanent position
As a Service Desk Representative, you will play a vital role in our Service Desk team by providing responsive and reliable first-line support to customers worldwide. You will assist in maintaining the systems and services that our global logistics customers rely on, including shipment planning, customs, and trade compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver professional first-tier support via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Route calls and tickets accurately to internal support teams.
- Monitor systems and applications proactively.
- Communicate updates clearly and promptly to customers.
- Escalate issues effectively to the relevant technical departments when necessary.
- Support customers in setting realistic expectations and response timelines.
- Adapt to evolving duties, expectations, and policies with flexibility and agility.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone with a strong foundation and the aptitudes that matter most: Smarts, Curiosity, Coachability, Work Ethic, Track Record, Responsibility, and Honesty. Specifically, you’ll need:
- 2+ years of experience in application or technical support.
- Fluent in written and verbal English; other languages are a plus.
- Ability to work independently and stay organised in a remote setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Resilience under pressure in fast-paced environments.
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation industries is a plus.
- Previous experience in a help desk or IT support is an asset.

Work Schedule: Friday–Tuesday
• Saturday/Sunday: Evening/Night shifts, shifts are flexible
• Friday/Monday/Tuesday: Between 8:00–16:00 or 10:00–18:00
Pay Transparency: €950/month.
