Are you a technology leader passionate about shaping innovative software solutions that drive business success? We're seeking an experienced Technical Architect to join our dynamic team and take our software development capabilities to the next level.
What You'll Do:
• Spearhead the design and development of comprehensive technical solutions, balancing business needs with scalability, performance, and security.
• Provide technical leadership to development teams, ensuring projects align with architectural best practices and standards.
• Perform architecture assessments, proactively identify risks, and develop strategies to ensure project success.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create technical roadmaps aligned with business objectives and industry advancements.
• Evaluate and recommend cutting-edge technology stacks, frameworks, and tools to support our strategic goals.
• Establish and uphold architectural principles and standards that drive consistency and quality across all projects.
• Stay ahead of the curve by continuously exploring emerging technologies and refining our technical expertise.
• Review and approve detailed system designs and documentation for clarity, accuracy, and completeness.
• Seek out and implement opportunities for automation, optimization, and process improvements to boost development efficiency.
What You Bring:
• Extensive experience with open system technologies, including Java, JQuery, Struts, Hibernate, React, and JSP. Familiarity with .Net is advantageous.
• Proficiency with development tools such as GIT, Jenkins, Maven, Ant, Gradle, DevOps practices, and containerization (Docker).
• Robust experience in data architecture and database design (Oracle, SQL Server). Exposure to NoSQL databases is a plus.
• Solid understanding of enterprise integration technologies (REST, SOAP, ESB, ETL).
• Proven ability to lead or manage technical teams, driving collaboration and excellence.
• Experience with DevOps methodologies and continuous integration/deployment tools.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Over 10 years in software development, with at least 5 years as a Technical Architect designing large-scale enterprise systems.
• Strong expertise in software design patterns, architectural styles, and development methodologies.
• Experience with cloud technologies and architectures (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud).
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and container orchestration.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, translating business needs into robust technical solutions.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, capable of clearly conveying technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
