POSITION SUMMARY

 

Working out of our Stockholm location, the successful incumbent will be a key member of the Software Development team creating and supporting (internally and externally) an Enterprise Suite of transportation and logistics modules.  You will have technical ownership for your functional areas and understanding of Customer problems and how they can be turned into solutions, and will be engaged in the Research, Development, Delivery, 3rd line Support and Systems Maintenance processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Your responsibilities are situated in the following domains:

 

•    Be a key member of the Software Development team creating and supporting an Enterprise Suite of transportation and logistics modules.

•    Design and build innovative solutions that can solve complex problems in the real-time high volume transactional multi-tenant SOA/SaaS environment

•    Work with cross product, cross functional teams in a cutting-edge technical environment constantly pushing the envelope

•    Technical ownership for your functional areas and understanding of Customer problems and how they can be turned into solutions

•    Research, Development, Delivery, 3rd line Support and , Systems Maintenance

•    Participate in modernization efforts to port the existing code to modern operating platforms

 

QUALIFICATIONS

 

•    Technical proficiency in the following: .NET Core, C#, Web UI, MS SQL Server, Azure DevOps, Web Services

•    Experience with EDI a plus

•    Exposure to: Cloud Computing, Web Services and applications, object-orientated design, development and database technologies

•    Self-motivated, passionate, innovative, and strong sense of accountability and ownership

•    Commitment to good “clean code” development practices, including source control, bug tracking, object-oriented design, and developer-driven testing

•    Fit into an entrepreneurial culture that is a fast-paced and pro-active environment

•    Strong focus on Quality, Reliability, Sustainability, Scalability

•    Excellent verbal and written documentation skills 

•    University degree in Computer Science/Mathematics/Engineering

•    Excellent communication skills, written and verbal in Swedish and English

•    Minimum 3 years proven software development

 

Location: This is a hybrid opportunity, open to applicants authorized to work in Sweden. Bilingual English/Swedish language skills are a requirement.. #LI- Hybrid
