Key Responsibilities
•    Design, develop, and maintain high-quality cross-platform mobile applications using Xamarin and/or .NET MAUI.
•    Collaborate with product, design, and backend engineering teams to deliver end-to-end mobile features that are reliable, performant, and user-friendly.
•    Apply mobile UX design principles to create intuitive experiences for a diverse, global user base including drivers and logistics operators.
•    Contribute to architecture and design discussions, proposing pragmatic solutions to complex mobile engineering challenges.
•    Write clean, well-tested code and participate actively in code reviews to uphold quality standards across the team.
•    Integrate AI tools into daily development workflows — including code generation, debugging, testing, and documentation — to accelerate delivery.
•    Stay current on trends and advancements in mobile development, proactively sharing insights and advocating for relevant improvements.
•    Support and mentor teammates, contributing to a team culture of shared ownership and continuous improvement.

Qualifications
•    3+ years of professional mobile development experience building and shipping production applications on iOS and/or Android.
•    Hands-on experience with Xamarin (Xamarin.Forms or Xamarin.Native) or .NET MAUI; strong interest in deepening expertise in this ecosystem.
•    Solid understanding of cross-platform mobile UX design principles and the ability to implement intuitive, platform-appropriate interfaces.
•    Experience working in an agile, iterative development environment with regular releases and collaborative sprint planning.
•    Proficiency in C# and the .NET ecosystem; familiarity with REST API integration and mobile networking patterns.
•    Experience writing unit and integration tests for mobile applications and working within a CI/CD pipeline.
•    Demonstrated ability to integrate AI coding tools (such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar) into daily development workflows including coding, debugging, testing, and documentation.
•    Strong communication skills and a genuine enjoyment of collaborative problem-solving within a distributed team.
•    Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to Have
•    Experience with native iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin) development alongside cross-platform frameworks.
•    Background in logistics, fleet management, transportation, or supply chain software.
•    Familiarity with offline-first mobile architectures and local data synchronization patterns.
•    Experience with mapping, geolocation, or routing APIs (e.g. Google Maps SDK, Apple Maps, HERE).
•    Knowledge of mobile accessibility standards and experience building inclusive applications.
•    Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions or similar CI/CD tools for mobile build and release pipelines.
•    Bilingual (French/English) — an asset given our Sorel-Tracy office.
