Required 

  • Open-mindedness to new challenges, for instance, learning new languages, frameworks and technology stacks. 

  • Expertise in developing mobile multi-platform applications using Xamarin or .Net MAUI. 

  • Solid C# development experience, commitment to good "clean code" development practices, including versioning, bug tracking, S.O.L.I.D. concept, and DDD (Domain-Driven Design). 

  • Experience with native mobile development (Java, Kotlin, Swift, and Objective C). 

  • Familiarity with CI/CD principles for fast and continuous delivery of value for customers and automation pipelines. 

  • Experience developing features/products actively participating from com conception to code delivery into production. 

  • Knowledge of push notifications and store and forward patterns. 

  • Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle. 

  • Mastering Git as version control system. 

  • Experience in conducting User Experience (UX) analysis for mobile applications. 

  • Having knowledge and creativity to create robust solutions for complex problems. 

  • Experience with observability practices (Logging Metrics Tracing). 

  • Experience with SQL and common NoSQL databases like Oracle, Postgres, MongoDB.  

  • Experience on projects using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, XP etc). 

  • Good understanding and communication skills in English with professional level. 

  • Experience mentoring other developers. 

  • Ability to lead troubleshooting sessions during critical incidents, document appropriately, and conduct postmortem sessions. 

  • Good understanding of software engineering and computer science concepts.  

  • Experience in analyzing code adherence common security standards within software industry standards. 

  • Experience in integrating high availability APIs. 

  • Experience with several communication protocols such as gRPC, MQTT, websocket, and others. 

  • Experience in preparing architectural documentation and expressing complexity through effective use of diagrams in RFCs, ADRs, and other technical documentation.  
     

Desirable 

  • Solid mobile development experience in multiplate platforms such as React Native, Ionic or Cordova. 

  • Experience in Reactive Systems Programming; 

  • Experience in Machine Learning; 

Some level of experience deploying products or working with cloud providers like AWS or Azure.
