Senior Project Manager (Enterprise SaaS – Fleet & Routing)
We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead enterprise deployments—especially in fleet, routing, and mobile domains—managing multiple concurrent projects that deliver fast time-to-value and measurable customer impact. Beyond execution, you’ll mentor peers, improve delivery frameworks, and champion our mission to provide meaningful value that drives real success for our customers. This is a remote position, and the salary range for this role is $110,000–$120,000 USD, depending on experience and location.
What You’ll Do
Project Delivery & Leadership
• Lead high-impact implementations of Descartes SaaS solutions—focusing on fleet routing, mobile tools, and logistics systems for enterprise clients.
• Deliver clear, measurable value by aligning project execution with customer outcomes.
• Manage project scope, timelines, resources, budgets, and quality with excellence and precision.
• Maintain accurate documentation and continually review methodologies to ensure delivery consistency.
• Escalate proactively and communicate project health transparently with stakeholders.
Team Mentorship & Collaboration
• Inspire project teams with curiosity, responsibility, and clarity of purpose, ensuring that every implementation delivers real customer value.
• Mentor peers to deepen their project management and domain expertise.
• Support continuous improvement in implementation strategy and knowledge-sharing practices.
Customer-Centric Excellence
• Build trusted partnerships with enterprise clients—listening carefully, delivering results, and ensuring the value of our solution is felt at every step.
• Use feedback loops to refine service delivery and support long-term client success.

What You Bring
• 5+ years’ experience leading enterprise-level system implementations (SaaS preferably) for clients—especially in fleet routing or mobile logistics.
• Proven ability to manage and deliver multiple, concurrent enterprise-level projects with measurable success.
• Experience with Descartes solutions or comparable logistics/SaaS implementations is a strong plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication—you're comfortable with stakeholder management at all levels.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at prioritizing across projects.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%, as needed, to partner with clients.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
• PMP or other project management certification is an added advantage.
