- Prioritize with discipline and be clear about what we will not build, and why.
- Spend real time with customers; on calls and on warehouse floors to understand the problems behind the requests.
- Validate problems before committing to solutions, using interviews, usage data, prototypes, and experiments.

- Partner closely with Engineering to deliver complete solutions workflows, edge cases, integrations, and performance at scale.

- Balance roadmap work, technical investment, and customer commitments; remove blockers and keep scope disciplined.
- Use AI tools daily to move faster in discovery, analysis, specs, and prototyping.
- Identify and deliver AI-driven capabilities that create real value for warehouse operators and know where AI doesn’t belong.
- Contribute to pricing, packaging, positioning, and upsell decisions, grounded in customer value and financial impact.

- Experience in warehouse management, fulfillment, 3PL, order management, inventory, shipping, or logistics software strongly preferred.
- A track record of delivering business outcomes, not just features – and you can describe them in numbers.
- High agency: you take initiative, create momentum, and own outcomes end to end without waiting to be asked.
- Strong, hands-on discovery skills with direct customer exposure.
- Technically fluent and comfortable in complex, multi-system, integration-heavy environments; a technical background is a plus.
- Commercially fluent – you understand pricing, packaging, unit economics, and how your product makes money.
- A daily, hands-on user of AI tools, with a point of view on how AI should shape both the product and the way product teams work.
- Clear, concise communicator who brings structure to ambiguity and adapts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Early signs of leadership – mentoring others, leading cross-functional initiatives, or influencing decisions above your level.
- Willing to travel periodically to customer sites, warehouses, and team locations.
- Intellectual Curiosity: You don’t just accept the problem; you unpack it. You ask the second and third questions. You seek to understand, then act.
- Bias for Ownership: You step into gaps, drive clarity, and take accountability for the result; not just the process.
- Customer Empathy: You treat the customer’s problem like your own. You test assumptions and listen with the intent to solve.
- Product Rigor: You know the difference between a roadmap and a strategy. You demand high-quality thinking and bring data to decisions.
- Team-First: You make the people around you better. You share credit, own misses, and help others raise their game.
