Drive measurable growth for Descartes’ eCommerce solutions by owning and executing a full-funnel marketing strategy that strengthens market positioning, accelerates demand generation, and converts pipeline into revenue across key global markets.

 

Outcomes — What Success Looks Like

  1. Pipeline Growth: Deliver a sustained increase in qualified pipeline (e.g., +30–50% YoY) for eCommerce solutions through integrated marketing programs.
  2. Conversion Performance: Improve lead-to-opportunity and opportunity-to-win conversion rates through optimised campaigns, targeting, and messaging.
  3. Market Positioning: Establish differentiated, consistent positioning across priority markets, evidenced by improved engagement metrics and competitive win rates.
  4. Campaign ROI: Implement KPI frameworks and reporting to consistently achieve or exceed agreed ROI targets across channels (SEO, content, events, partner marketing).
  5. Content Impact: Build a high-performing content engine that drives measurable engagement (traffic, downloads, MQLs) and supports all stages of the buyer journey.
  6. Stakeholder Alignment: Achieve strong cross-functional alignment with Sales, Product, and Industry teams, reflected in the adoption of marketing programs and revenue contribution.
  7. Operational Excellence: Deliver marketing plans on time and within budget, with clear visibility into performance and continuous optimisation.

Marketing Expertise

  • End-to-end B2B marketing leadership across strategy, demand generation, and execution
  • Strong command of digital channels: SEO, content marketing, campaign management, and analytics
  • Experience in eCommerce, logistics, or supply chain technology environments preferred
