We are strengthening our ShipRush R&D team in Šenčur, Slovenia, and we are looking for a senior full-stack developer / development team lead, who will play a pivotal role developing our logistics applications and provide leadership for a team of software developers.

Responsibilities 

• Development and maintenance of the ShipRush application.  

• Working with colleagues to define, design, code, release and test.  

• Understand the strategic view of the applications and understand the importance of the supported business processes.  

• Promote an appropriate sense of urgency regarding deliverables and projects.  

• Technical ownership for some application areas.  

• Understanding of customer problems and how to solve them effectively.  

• Create, revise, and maintain design/technical documents.  

• Lead and manage a team of developers.

Education And Experience 

• 5+ years MS-SQL, .NET (C#, REST API, ASP.NET) experience.  

• Experience with React framework. 

• Experienced with all aspects of the software development life cycle.  

• Bachelor's degree in computer sciences or a solid background in an IT development environment.  

• Experience in creating and consuming web services.  

• Experience with security, encryption, and communication layers B2B.  

• Experience in creating multi-tenanted Software as a Service.  

• Experience with managing and leading developers 
   

LOCATION
You will be based at our Descartes office in Šenčur, Slovenia where we work in a hybrid mode, 3 days from home and 2 days in the office.
