Mission — Why the Job Exists
This role exists to ensure our enterprise customers realise fast, measurable value from Descartes’ SaaS logistics solutions. As a Project Manager, you will lead complex implementations that directly impact customer success, while strengthening our delivery excellence across EMEA through mentorship, consistency, and continuous improvement.
Outcomes — What Success Looks Like
- Deliver multiple concurrent enterprise SaaS implementations on time, on budget, and within scope, achieving defined customer value milestones within the first 12–18 months.
- Achieve high customer satisfaction and adoption rates by aligning delivery with measurable business outcomes and maintaining strong stakeholder engagement.
- Establish consistent, high-quality project execution standards by maintaining accurate documentation and improving delivery methodologies across the PMO.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks, ensuring transparent communication of project health and reducing escalations across all active projects.
- Mentor and elevate peers’ project management capabilities, contributing to stronger team performance and knowledge sharing within 12 months.
- Strengthen long-term client relationships by creating feedback loops that improve implementation strategy and drive ongoing customer success.
