Product Manager — Descartes Peoplevox (Cloud WMS)
 
Location: United Kingdom (with 10–20% travel across Europe, North America, and Australia). We are a global organization using English as a primary language, job descriptions and communication available in the local languages where required. #LI-Remote. 
Reporting to: Senior Product Manager, Peoplevox

As Peoplevox evolves into a more intelligent, automated warehouse platform, this role ensures that innovation translates into real-world impact. You will connect product development with customers, partners, and the market—driving adoption, strengthening integrations, and ensuring every release delivers measurable value in complex ecommerce and logistics environments.
 
2. Outcomes — What Success Looks Like
 
1. Strategic Partner & Integration Ownership
  • Establish a clear partner governance model (contacts, cadence, escalation paths) within 6 months
  • Reduce integration-related escalations and improve resolution time by measurable margins
  • Increase integration attach rates and ecosystem engagement
2. Predictable, High-Quality Releases
  • Implement a repeatable release playbook adopted across Product, Engineering, and GTM teams
  • Achieve consistent, low-friction release cycles with minimal rework or confusion
  • Ensure 100% readiness of internal enablement materials at launch
3. Measurable Adoption & Engagement Growth
  • Define activation and adoption metrics for all major features pre-launch
  • Improve feature adoption and sustained usage across key customer segments
  • Demonstrate reduced time-to-value for new capabilities through data
4. Discovery-Led Roadmap Influence
  • Conduct ongoing structured customer discovery (interviews, site visits, workflow analysis)
  • Deliver actionable insights that directly shape roadmap priorities
  • Reduce product rework driven by misaligned assumptions
5. Strong Market Messaging & Commercial Enablement
  • Develop clear, outcome-driven positioning for major features
  • Enable Sales and Customer Success teams to confidently articulate value
  • Contribute to case studies demonstrating measurable customer impact

Partner & Ecosystem Leadership
  • Experience managing third-party integrations or technology partners
  • Ability to formalize governance models and drive accountability across organizations
  • Strong communication skills across technical and commercial stakeholders
Customer Discovery & Product Insight
  • Proven ability to conduct structured discovery and translate insights into product direction
  • Comfortable engaging warehouse operators through to senior executives
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem validation discipline
Release & Commercialization Discipline
  • Experience supporting SaaS product launches in cross-functional environments
  • Ability to coordinate Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success execution
  • Strong understanding of adoption, engagement, and lifecycle metrics
AI & Data Fluency (Required)
  • Experience contributing to AI-enabled or data-driven product initiatives
  • Practical understanding of automation, predictive modeling, or generative AI
  • Ability to apply AI to real operational challenges—not experimentation for its own sake
Product Foundation
  • 4–8+ years in B2B SaaS Product Management or related roles
  • Experience in WMS, logistics, supply chain, or operational SaaS preferred
  • Structured, outcome-oriented, and comfortable operating in complex environments
