Reporting to: Senior Product Manager, Peoplevox
- Establish a clear partner governance model (contacts, cadence, escalation paths) within 6 months
- Reduce integration-related escalations and improve resolution time by measurable margins
- Increase integration attach rates and ecosystem engagement
- Implement a repeatable release playbook adopted across Product, Engineering, and GTM teams
- Achieve consistent, low-friction release cycles with minimal rework or confusion
- Ensure 100% readiness of internal enablement materials at launch
- Define activation and adoption metrics for all major features pre-launch
- Improve feature adoption and sustained usage across key customer segments
- Demonstrate reduced time-to-value for new capabilities through data
- Conduct ongoing structured customer discovery (interviews, site visits, workflow analysis)
- Deliver actionable insights that directly shape roadmap priorities
- Reduce product rework driven by misaligned assumptions
- Develop clear, outcome-driven positioning for major features
- Enable Sales and Customer Success teams to confidently articulate value
- Contribute to case studies demonstrating measurable customer impact
- Experience managing third-party integrations or technology partners
- Ability to formalize governance models and drive accountability across organizations
- Strong communication skills across technical and commercial stakeholders
- Proven ability to conduct structured discovery and translate insights into product direction
- Comfortable engaging warehouse operators through to senior executives
- Strong analytical thinking and problem validation discipline
- Experience supporting SaaS product launches in cross-functional environments
- Ability to coordinate Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success execution
- Strong understanding of adoption, engagement, and lifecycle metrics
- Experience contributing to AI-enabled or data-driven product initiatives
- Practical understanding of automation, predictive modeling, or generative AI
- Ability to apply AI to real operational challenges—not experimentation for its own sake
- 4–8+ years in B2B SaaS Product Management or related roles
- Experience in WMS, logistics, supply chain, or operational SaaS preferred
- Structured, outcome-oriented, and comfortable operating in complex environments
- Transparency: Communicates openly and builds trust across teams and partners
- Excellence & Expertise: Maintains high standards and continuously sharpens product craft
- Accountability: Owns outcomes end-to-end, not just deliverables
- Metric-Driven Results: Uses data to guide decisions and measure impact
