We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping and scaling our eCommerce SaaS platform. This isn’t just about managing features—it’s about owning outcomes across adoption, retention, monetization, and customer value. You’ll work hands-on across the product lifecycle, from discovery through delivery, partnering closely with Engineering, Design, and Go-to-Market teams to drive measurable business and customer impact.
What You’ll Do
- Own the Product Lifecycle: Drive product strategy and execution end-to-end, from discovery and validation to launch and iteration.
- Deliver Business Impact: Define success metrics and deliver against adoption, retention, monetization, and platform scalability goals.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to shape pricing, packaging, and go-to-market readiness.
- Build with Scale in Mind: Optimize internal workflows and leverage AI and automation to improve both product efficiency and customer outcomes.
- Execute with Discipline: Prioritize ruthlessly, translate strategy into clear requirements, and work tightly with Engineering to deliver with quality and speed.
What You Bring
- 5–7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product management, ideally with significant eCommerce platform exposure.
- Hands-on track record of delivering outcomes across growth, retention, monetization, or efficiency.
- Strong commercial and technical acumen in integration-heavy SaaS environments.
- Familiarity with AI-powered tools, data-driven decision making, and workflow automation.
- Excellent communicator who thrives in cross-functional settings and can balance strategic vision with tactical execution.
