Reporting to the VP Product Manager (Customs & Regulatory Control), based in the United Kingdom.  Based in Slovakia (Hybrid) as a Product Manager for our Legacy Benelux and Nordic Customs Solutions.
 
What you will do
•    Work with the Product Team to develop solutions that deliver the desired outcomes, solve customer problems, and fulfil the business objectives. 
•    With R&D and Product Analysts, analyse/evaluate new legal requirements and prioritisation.
•    Oversee interactions between development, business and product delivery teams to agree on development priorities and monitor progress.
•    Ensure delivery of security, legal, performance and technical debt initiatives.
•    Ensure GTM activities are completed for each release (by the Product Delivery lead where appropriate), including documentation, education, and billing considerations.
•    Be the point person for product-related questions and work closely with Product Delivery Lead / R&D, Support Team Lead and Customer Success Managers to work with Customers on performance and application issues/escalations.
•    Work with business teams to develop and implement migration plans to move customers from legacy to current products.

•    Honesty: You build trust with customers and teammates through transparency and ethical decision-making.
•    3+ years of experience in Product Management.

•    Experience in the customs or broker/forwarder industry and being a compliance subject matter expert on export/import regulations and best practices.
