  • Experience with integration standards using them, improving them, and ensuring compliance
  • Familiarity with tools like Aha and DevOps to enable tight, efficient execution
  • Highly organized, curious, proactive, and eager to learn
What You’ll Do
  • Manage and maintain 80–100 active carrier integrations across Parcel, LTL, and 3PL
  • Deliver API-based carrier integrations that power exceptional customer experiences with leading North American carriers like UPS, FedEx, ABF, Estes, Echo, and more

  • Monitor carrier usage trends and help ensure our top carriers remain healthy and reliable (e.g., FedEx, UPS, Estes, XPO)
  • Define, maintain, and evolve integration standards for consistency across service classes, accessorials, and carrier data
  • Coordinate annual certifications and checkups (UPS Ready, FedEx Compatible, etc.)
  • Support new carrier launches end-to-end:
    • Create release notes
    • Update the carrier library
    • Validate install and self-install workflows
    • Train internal teams
    • Support customer go-lives
  • Analyze carrier usage data and market insights to identify gaps and recommend improvements
  • Evaluate and recommend 3–5 new carriers per year, using readiness and ROI models
  • Partner closely with Pacejet Product Managers to ensure carrier setup and management is self-service, fast, reliable, supportable, and easy to upgrade
