What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and support the implementation of Descartes' solutions, including system configuration, testing, and go-live activities.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their business processes, gather requirements, and propose best-fit solutions.
  • Deliver live and virtual training sessions tailored to user needs.
  • Interface with customer IT teams to integrate and configure applications.
  • Conduct data analysis and validation to ensure high-quality outcomes.
  • Manage project timelines, documentation, and stakeholder communications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve post-implementation issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Continuously seek to optimize the implementation process based on customer feedback.
  • Travel maybe required- 10-20 % 

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field or equivalent experience
  • 3–5 years of experience in software implementation, ideally in customs brokerage, freight forwarding, or logistics.
  • Strong communication skills for interacting with customers and internal teams.
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for solving business problems.
  • Self-starter with excellent time management and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience with user training, documentation, and data mapping.

 

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience with FTZ, customs brokerage, or logistics operations.
  • Knowledge of SQL, XML, or report generation tools.
  • Background in working with SaaS or enterprise software solutions.

Salary Range: $65,000 to $75,000 USD

Compensation Transparency: The posted salary range represents a good-faith estimate for this position. Actual compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
