Shape the Future of Our Tech Stack – Join Us as a Technical Architect (Hybrid – Gurugram)
We’re looking for a Technical Architect to lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions. This is a hybrid position, requiring 2–3 days per week in our Gurugram office.

What You’ll Do:
•    Architect end-to-end tech solutions that balance performance, security, and scalability.
•    Guide and mentor development teams, enforcing best practices and technical excellence.
•    Evaluate and recommend tools, frameworks, and platforms.
•    Review system designs, identify risks, and steer mitigation strategies.
•    Align tech roadmaps with business goals and emerging industry trends.

What You Bring:
•    10+ years in software development, with at least 5 years as a technical architect.
•    Expertise in Java, React, Hibernate, JSP, and other open systems; .Net is a plus.
•    Hands-on with tools like GIT, Jenkins, Maven, Docker, and DevOps pipelines.
•    Strong experience with Oracle, SQL Server; NoSQL familiarity is a plus.
•    Skilled in REST/SOAP integrations, microservices, and cloud (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
•    Solid leadership, communication, and architecture design skills.

Competitive compensation: $20,00,000 - $30,00,000 INR annually- Compensation information provided is a good faith estimate for this position only. Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include your specific skills as well as the years of experience you have. Similar positions located in different geographic regions will not necessarily receive the same compensation.
