We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Fullstack Java Software Developer with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will excel in communication, demonstrate strong ownership and dependability, make independent decisions, collaborate effectively with colleagues, and be committed to continuous self-development. The candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality Java software solutions, ensuring minimal defects, and adhering to project timelines.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Communication Skills:

  • Provide regular status reports to stakeholders.
  • Prepare and deliver leadership presentations.
  • Facilitate effective team communication.
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely delivery.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues independently.

 

Collaborative Working:

  • Assist colleagues and peers in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment.

 

Self-Development:

  • Commit to learning at least one new skill annually.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

 

Project Delivery:

  • Ensure planned projects and enhancements are delivered on time with QA and V&V cleared software.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field with a 4 to 6 years of experience range.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Java 11.x or above.
  • Front-end experience with React or Angular or similar.
  • Experience with SQL Server or Oracle database.
  • Experience with frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate or Struts.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and self-improvement.

 

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  • Understanding of RESTFUL  API development and integration.
  • Experience with version control systems like Git.
