About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer with 2–5 years of experience to join our growing team. The role involves ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our applications through manual and automated testing. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and business analysts to identify issues, suggest improvements, and maintain high-quality standards across our software solutions. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys testing, problem-solving, and improving product quality in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Design and execute manual and automated test cases based on project requirements.
• Identify, document, and track bugs using defect-tracking tools.
• Collaborate with developers to reproduce and resolve issues.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
• Ensure software meets business and technical requirements before release.
• Create and maintain test documentation, including test plans and reports.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product delivery.
• Assist in setting up and maintaining test environments.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and standards.

Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in software testing or QA.
• Knowledge of manual testing techniques and testing methodologies (Agile/Scrum preferred).
• Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, TestRail, or similar bug-tracking systems.
• Basic understanding of automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman) is a plus.
• Good understanding of SDLC and STLC.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
