We’re looking for a talented SQL Server Developer to help power the next generation of our Global Trade Intelligence platform. You'll be part of a fast-paced, Agile/Scrum environment where your expertise in SQL Server and SSIS will support our cutting-edge, multi-platform applications.

The Role
You’ll be instrumental in designing and optimizing high-performance databases and ETL solutions that support mission-critical applications used globally. Working within our R&D team, you'll collaborate with developers and business stakeholders to deliver scalable data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities
•    Design, develop, and optimize MS SQL Server databases with a strong focus on scalability and performance.
•    Build and maintain complex SSIS packages to support robust ETL pipelines.
•    Tune stored procedures, triggers, and queries to improve data processing efficiency.
•    Support developers in maximizing performance through query optimization, indexing strategies, and execution plan analysis.
•    Create and maintain data dictionaries and comprehensive database documentation.
•    Troubleshoot SQL and database issues with a systematic, analytical approach.
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective data solutions.

What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who brings sharp thinking, a curious mindset, a hunger to learn, a strong work ethic, a proven ability to deliver, a sense of ownership, and unwavering integrity.

Must-Haves:
•    4+ years of hands-on SQL Server development experience.
•    Strong expertise in SSIS, stored procedures, performance tuning, and execution plan analysis.
•    Solid grasp of SQL Server tools, data modeling, normalization/de-normalization concepts.
•    Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Competitive compensation: $10,00,000 - $11,00,000 INR annually- Compensation information provided is a good faith estimate for this position only. Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include your specific skills as well as the years of experience you have. Similar positions located in different geographic regions will not necessarily receive the same compensation.

Nice-to-Haves:
•    Exposure to AI/ML in a data engineering context.
•    Familiarity with using JSON and XML in SQL Server.
•    Experience in large-scale ETL workflows and data integration.
