The opportunity 

We’re growing fast and invite you to join our amazing team.  We’re aiming to double sales across the business, yet again, but we need your help! Reporting to the General Manager of Ecommerce for NA, we are looking for an experienced, collaborative and entrepreneurial sales leader who has built and scaled teams.  Working in partnership with the Ecommerce leadership team, we are seeking a Sales Director to help accelerate growth in our Ecommerce business. You will help define and execute our sales strategy in North America and will build a world-class sales team.  

We need a sales director with a track record of winning complex deals at the executive level by using a consultative sales approach.  For this role, you will need to be a motivator, decisive, persistent and you are a champion of business development that thrives on the hunt. People describe you as a coach, goal-oriented, and a self-starter who enjoys a fast-paced environment.  You understand the value of business planning, are passionate about continuous improvement, and are a champion of a milestone-driven, repeatable, consultative sales approach.  You’re a strong problem solver and excel at listening and asking the right questions.  You ideally have domain knowledge of ecommerce shipping, logistics, and warehouse management, and you have SaaS sales management experience.

Your priorities 

Drive organic growth. Your initial focus will be to build out a North American sales team for Peoplevox, our ecommerce WMS that helps high growth direct to consumer warehouse operations thrive.  You will focus on adding new accounts and cross-selling new products/offerings to our existing customer base.  

Develop our partner network. You and your team will help identify new and nurture existing partnerships to support your outbound prospecting and lead generation efforts and to help identify and support inorganic/M&A opportunities.   

Build a world-class team. You will hire a diverse team of top talent to help us achieve our goals.  You put people and teams first, empowering them with the skills and knowledge to do their best work. You provide training and mentorship to continuously level up our team to world-class standards. 

 

Qualifications 

  • You have a track record of consistently exceeding/meeting 7-figure ARR quota in SaaS software space  
  • You know how to find, hire and retain A-players 
  • You have coached to a milestone-based, customer centric/value-based sales process 
  • You are a natural coach – you value, enjoy and get personal satisfaction from helping your team grow 
  • You are very comfortable analyzing sales data and forecasting 
  • You have direct experience with ecommerce, warehouse management systems and/or equivalent 
  • You possess unquestioned personal and business integrity, high ethical standards  
  • You prefer and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment 
  • You are highly proficient maintaining high performance standards and ensuring CRM hygiene 
  • BA/BS/BTech degree or equivalent
