YOUR TOOLKIT

Must-Haves:

  • Battle-tested experience in e-commerce and/or warehouse operations
  • A track record of building strong relationships at all levels
  • Self-starter mindset (because e-commerce never sleeps)
  • Communication skills that would make a TED speaker jealous
  • Time management that keeps multiple plates spinning
  • Sharp analytical mind for turning data into action
  • English fluency

Bonus Points For:

  • A history of stellar NPS scores that make others envious
  • Hands-on experience with Peoplevox
  • Deep knowledge of warehouse systems/ERP solutions
