Join Descartes as aBusiness Integration (Customer Onboarding) Coordinator– Global Logistics Network
We’re growing! This new role reflects the increasing demand for our logistics technology solutions. As an Integration Coordinator on our North America Activations team, you’ll lead customer onboarding projects that connect supply chain partners through our Global Logistics Network.
Key Responsibilities
• Implement customers on Descartes’ platforms and manage onboarding from start to finish.
• Coordinate with customers, trading partners, and internal teams; provide clear status updates.
• Work with our mapping team to configure and test EDI solutions.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and timelines.
• Ensure a smooth transition to post-production support.
What We’re Looking For

• A fast learner – especially around logistics and EDI concepts.
• Strong under pressure – you adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Customer-focused – you communicate clearly and solve problems with care.
Must-Have Skills
• Logistics knowledge (especially road/ocean).
• Experience with ANSI X12 EDI standards (204, 990, 214, 210).
• Familiarity with SFTP, AS2, HTTPS.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Strong multitasking, teamwork, and self-management skills.
Nice-to-Haves
• Experience with ANSI 300-series, EDIFACT, XML, JSON, or APIs.

Compensation: $60,000–$70,000 USD annually.
