Peoplevox is part of Descartes Ecommerce, a division focused on helping businesses navigate ecommerce logistics challenges at every stage of growth.  

Peoplevox empowers high-growth D2C brands with warehouse and inventory management technology needed to run efficient operations, automate workflows, ensure accurate inventory, enable precise order picking, and help end-customers get their orders on time and as expected. 

 

Your Role: Account Executive WMS 

  • You are tip of the spear in a newer market for our WMS solution, Peoplevox. With hundreds of customers and powerful case studies from success in EMEA and APAC, we have a great foundation to build on in this new market.   
  • You will be our second dedicated Account Executive in North America, so your proficiency in understanding our go-to-market strategy and a willingness to help shape and grow it will be crucial. You have grit, are highly self-motivated and love a challenge.   
  • Your role will encompass owning a WMS sales quota for Peoplevox in North America, investing in self-development to become an ecommerce logistics expert, and expanding our partner referral network.

  • We do this by providing buyers with a professional, well-designed sales experience that aligns their problems and goals to our product and the transformational projects we deliver. We listen, educate and share useful information from proven playbook for scaling high-growth ecommerce brands. 
  • We engage with partners in our established ecosystem and prospect to generate demand. We invest time in the right brands that match the criteria we’ve defined for Peoplevox clients. 

 
We work to drive towards a sales cycle of  less than 30 days on average and we’ve delivered record results and year over year growth since 2020.  Come join us!  

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Achieve WMS sales targets for Peoplevox in North America (US, MX, CA)  

  • Prospect and develop your pipeline through sales- and partner-sourced leads 

  • Expand our network of consultants and technology partners who rely on WMS solutions  

  • Assimilate technical knowledge and innovative sales strategies

  • A strong track record of self-sourcing leads and outbound prospecting
