We are looking for a talented .NET MAUI & Android Developer to join our team designing, building, delivering, and monitoring the PVX Warehouse Management System.
This role primarily focuses on .NET MAUI (80%), with some Android development in Java (20%).
You will collaborate with software development enthusiasts who follow Agile principles, working together to enable brands and retailers to scale successfully while delivering exceptional online shopping experiences. Note: If you are primarily an Android (Java) Developer, we welcome your application! However, you should be open to learning and transitioning into .NET MAUI development as part of the role.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement software solutions to business problems.
- Develop and enhance features in .NET MAUI and Android (Java) applications.
- Fix defects identified by the development team and end users.
- Write and maintain automated tests (including unit tests).
- Assist technical support and cloud operations teams in handling service incidents.
- Review and provide feedback on code created by other developers.
- Maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth delivery of new features.
- Update technical documentation to support onboarding and operations.
- Follow technical standards and best practices in development.
- Identify and propose improvements to enhance the team's efficiency.
- Collaborate with developers, testers, product owners, and cloud operations teams in an Agile environment.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2+ years of professional experience developing Xamarin/.NET MAUI applications or Android applications in Java.
- Very good C# skills (for .NET MAUI) or strong Java & Android SDK skills.
- Familiarity with SQL and relational databases (including SQLite).
- Good understanding of software design patterns and modern development practices.
- Ability to work effectively in an Agile team environment.
- Passion for software development and delivering high-quality solutions.
- Strong communication skills (including English) and critical thinking abilities.
This position is open to candidates who are eligible to work in Slovenia or Poland. It is a hybrid role, requiring candidates to be able to commute to Šenčur, Slovenia, or Łódź, Poland as needed.
